Corey McGlathery is new to the Exit On the Bay Realty team, coming from a ten year career in
the wedding industry and operating heavy equipment in the oil fields of North Dakota Corey is no
stranger to hard work and long hours. Corey is now looking to move from helping people set up their

Corey was born in Silver Spring Maryland, moving to the Eastern Shore back in ‘97, he graduated
from North Caroline High School (’08) then traveled the U.S. to see the country, eventually returning to
Caroline County Maryland where he calls home. Corey is a father to a young middle schooler who
together in their free time, enjoy all the easter shore has to offer from hiking/biking on trails in the parks
